"Ordered a pair of timberlands for my girl and this place is the worst. Multiple call and they lie every time about boots shipping and then they never call you back. THE WORST PLACE TO DEAL WITH, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AND IF YOU DO. BUYER BEWARE"

I did the same thing and ordered the timberland boots and they told me I would get them by the 22nd of December and I still don't have them now they refuse to answer my calls and they keep deleting my comments on instagram asking about answering the phone. I guess I'll be making a trip to Vegas this weekend."

"This is the worst online shopping experience I have had in my entire life. And I online shop a lot. I even order stuff from Asia and they have better customer service than this shop. I ordered Timberlands back in November 2014. The shoes usually take 15-25 business days to be completed. So I waited. When the shoes still weren't shipped off after approximately 2 1/2 months i tried to contact them. I was told various excuses over the course of time like "the post office lost the shoes" and they were "fixing to finish a new pair for me" After about 4 months of nothing but words I asked to have the shoes by Friday the following week and was rudely told they would simply refund me the 209$ I had paid. ( I bought them while they had a sale) Now I am again waiting. This time to get my money back. It has been over 2 weeks now and they blocked me from their Instagram page (where I always contacted them about my order) and I can't reach anyone when I try to call. I even asked my best friend to write them and they simply blocked her as well. I still do NOT have my refund. So do not shop there"
