Nope if it was scrubs and beyond or uniform advantage I could of exchanged easily or returned. Plus the lady was extremely rude as I wanted to look around to use my scrub bucks and coupon she’s like not if it’s expired you can’t use it??? Lady I just got it! Terrible customer service I will never go back."

"I just want to say that I like the shopping experience at Scrubtastic especially after an unpleasant experience yesterday & this morning at another scrub store in the North. I remembered that I had a gift card that was sent to me from Scrubtastic and I was able to use it towards my Purple Label Healing Hands scrub pants that I bought today. I previously made visits here to purchase a watch and another time to purchase scrub pants... all three times, I've came.. they were very much helpful when I needed the help and of course, warned me about the return policy as I never can decide on what I really want & always on a budget. Lol. I appreciate it because it does make my purchasing choices easier and I appreciate the clean fitting rooms. Did I mention that I also appreciate that the employees do greet you, ask if you need help, and most of all, actually let you shop without feeling like some thief. Thank you. Now that I know Purple Label is here, too.. I will officially come here from now on."
