"Service was the best part. There were all young people in there who were pleasant and professional and helpful, which was such a breath of fresh air! Personally I wished the color selection was different for balloons. Some of the hues look so different once blown up and were a little complex to mix and match. The mylar balloons are nice but I feel the same, they need more and better variety."
"Poor Costumer Service. 4 workers on the floor and the store was dead and not one employee said hi or even asked if they could help me with anything after I lapped the store twice. It would be different if they were swamped however they weren't. They were to wrapped up in talking with eachother that I felt like I would be an inconvenience if I interrupted their personal conversation."
"The cakes here are amazing! I’ve gotten two cakes from here now and both exceeded expectations. Hard place to get to because it’s on the strip, but I’m never disappointed."
"I don’t know who is running this place but I am so disgusted with the customer service. If you are waiting in the line they will serve people coming in after you. The thing is they know you’re in the line and don’t care!!! Train your employees better!!! If they see customers in line you help them first!!!
