"DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!! I had no idea a company so unprofessional, so unorganized, so inconsistent, and so ignorant and ride to customers until I found this company and their mamager Josh! Honestly I'm not sure how they are in business. Orders are always wrong. Deliveries always late or never when they have been scheduled. I normally do not leave reviews, but with what I have had to deal with and go through I felt others should know what they have to look forward to if they make the mistake I did. The 1 and only recommendation I make is to not do business with Alsco!"

"STOP!! READ THIS! Don’t make the mistake of doing business with this joke of a company! There is NO quality and NO customer service! Honestly I do not know how this company has stayed in business! If you bring up a concern or complaint the area manager Josh will lie to you , make excuses and will go out of his way to do everything except address and fix the issuer! There is NO quality in the services they provide. You will not get what you ordered which makes it extremely difficult to provide a quality service to our customers. It’s obvious they do not care about the reviews because I see several others that are dealing with these same issues. The only recommendation I would make is to find another company and save yourself the headache of having to do it down the road after you experience the nightmare I have!"

"Worst company to work with. Grew up here and opened a business 7 years ago. Terrible customer service, changed my pricing and order without my approval and when I've tried contacting them it's always an excuse. Stay Away and try someone else."

"Company has always caused me some heart ache but lately it is to the point where I am going to spend a day and shift my accounts away from them. Only saving grace for them is Maggie in accounting, she goes well above and beyond. Get your act together. Consistency is key and you fail miserably at that."

"Linens are always damaged. We have had grease stains on pillow cases, urine and blood on sheets and enough hair on everything to make a wig. They brought out an order for free when I complained and even that had damaged linens. If you are trying to prove that you can service a surgical center try checking the linens before you bring them out. I will not put a patient on a sheet that has holes and blood on it. Approximately 25% of every delivery goes into our biohazard bag because it is disgusting when we receive it. They refuse to admit they are in breach of contract and try to blame the customer for the damage even though we have been complaining every month for 2 years!!! Today we opened a bag of sheets that had fresh blood on them. This is how you make it better? Admit that you can’t live up to the standards that health care requires and void my contract that’s what will make it better."
