"The checkout and return process is a mess no with it all being one line. Since only one register can do returns, it's confusing and annoying. The young woman who helped me was very friendly and efficient. It's not fair that this dumb set-up is going to cause customers to be irritated at the employees when I doubt they had anything to do with the change."
"Tuesday is Senior day at Ross so I went in search of a deal. I looked around for a while then stumbled upon some vintage FUBU tshirts! I loved this brand back-in-the-day so I bought them 1) because they were cool and 2) because they are still cool. I also bought a pair of purple (my favorite color) sequined UGG boots.
