"I ask 4 the dressing room a rep says no dressing room. my daughter needs a blouse for the morning, I tell her just try it on over your shirt, a lady comes over to me and she says you can’t try on the clothes, we have a rtn policy. You can rtn the clothes but you can’t try them on in the store. I’m in a wheelchair, on oxygen so I don’t understand. I tell her It’s too difficult for me to be coming back in. She say no. My daughter is just trying on shirts. I asked what’s your name? She said WE DONT HAVE 2 give it out. (And she’s the manager) I hope this is not the Rainbow policy, I feel like ppl that don’t want to give their name is b/c they treat ppl wrong. Rainbow covid is over open up your dressing rooms. And the REP Lucy, who was very helpful to me. THANK YOU. You shd be the manager."
