"Let me tell you this was my granddaughter sweet 16th first birthday present she wanted a real perfume you know not the cheap five below or cheap knockoffs we went in there and the two women we spent probably half hour in there and these ladies were wonderful father tried over twenty different perfumes then she didn't know about coffee just clean out their nostrils for the new smell she finally ended up with Whitney Houston and two free creams and then a good deal on a little pump and I ended up with a man's cologne that was just absolutely gorgeous these ladies were great thank you."

"Staff needs better knowledge on fragrance, mainly cologne. I went it to look for something specific… i even told “Su” that i wanted “Dolce and Gabana the one EDP. Keep in mind, the EDP. She goes on and finds it… later when i’m out of the store i check to see if it’s the right one. Guess what, it’s the EDT. I went back in and they said they couldn’t to returns, only exchanges. And of course, they don’t have the EDP. Staff just needs better overall knowledge so that customers don’t get something they didn’t want."
