"If I could make this review a ZERO star I would. If you want to be forgotten about, this is the place to go. The lack of professionalism from "mama tux" is ridiculous. We were scheduled today 3/26 at 2:30 pm by her and she failed to show up for the appointment. Her work place let us know she was just there and she had the audacity to lie over the phone and say she's in Detroit. It took an employee and her own husband to call her to be told a lie over the phone. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the stress over a person that talks more than walks. I wouldn't recommend anyone to this lady for your big day!"

"Kathleen called me minutes after I emailed the website and answered all of my questions before I even had to ask them. She was excited and professional, and has me so excited for our fitting tomorrow. She has a florist she does business with, so that can be included in the fitting appointment.Talk about birds with stones! So far the service is awesome and the $190 price is outstanding. "Kathleen was extremely helpful in selecting a tuxedo, her prices are very reasonable and she goes above and beyond in customer service. I don't wear suits so day to day, and I was a little overwhelmed at the different tuxedo styles and options, but Kathleen was incredibly knowledgeable about how they feel, and how tuxedo fits have changed between generations. In addition, she has a wealth of recommendations for tailors and dry cleaners all over the Reno area. I completely recommend working with her."
