"Was in the store on 12/17/23 and one of the associates behind the counter was being incredibly vulgar behind the counter with customers (children too) in the store. When I was selecting my games, he asked if I needed help, and when I told him I was fine, he proceeded to stand over my shoulder while I picked my games. Then when I checked out, he acted incredibly shocked when I asked to input my Pro Account number and asked me "Do you know what a pro account is?" Of course I do, that's why I have an account. He THEN asked me "Should I just throw your receipt away?" Why would you throw my receipt away? I took my receipt and left. I've never had a bad experience here before, so this was an incredibly shocking experience. I can't imagine I will be back for a while."
