"Beautiful design and no wait on a Saturday afternoon. As a local I love that You can park at this hotel for up to 4 hours for free. This is a great place for brunch. I have a large brunch menu food that you can share and great service. The food is extremely good. One of the best chicken sandwiches I've ever had, was tender and juicy."

"I grabbed lunch here twice while at The International Building Show. I sat at the bar top and had Kelfen as my bartender/server. Kelfen was awesome to chat with, personable and kind. Aside, the food/atmosphere of the entire hotel was great. I will be back. Thank you!"

"Both times we had brunch at Vida we were helped by Maggie. The experience was great because of her. Not only the recommendations were spot on but the attention and friendliness made our breakfast a great beginning of the day. We loved the fresh ingredients, made from scratch disheses and dressings. Everything was very flavourful and tasty. Cold plates with salads, fruit and hot ones with pasta. It made a difference! The pastry basket was amazing in taste and so fresh. My favorite item on the menu was the avocado toast and my husband's, the chicken soup (best hangover choice). The toast was so pretty I couldn't make myself bite into it but once I did I had to finish all of it and it was a big piece of toast. Overall, we will be back for the food and service! Magda was the best!"

"Great lunch experience at Fountainebleau! This is a perfect lunch spot with attentive, fast & friendly service! The soups are amazing! We were short on time due to CES meetings & events - this place delivered! Flatbread pizza, rigatoni bolognese with freshly-grated parmesan cheese, matzo ball soup was delish! Love the baby blue & antique gold color scheme. Will be back as the menu has a very good variety and the price points are absolutely fair!"
