"Great customer service requires superior knowledge. If you tell your customers one thing I’m gonna believe it’s true. But if you say one thing and do another we got a major issue. “We’re only humans” -Taylor(store manager). Let me ask you something. If you abide and is lenient by that statement. Say..... your employee sells a $200 merchandise for $20.... you won’t get frustrated right? “We’re only humans.” I swear you are best manager anyone could ask for!!!!!! I really hope you don’t get taken advanced of.... I got your back. Amazing work!!!"

"This place took such good care of me. Taylor is awesome. I had to reached out to Nike with some concerns due to a pair I purchased being defective. Taylor helped every step of the way. Super patient and welcoming including her staff !"

"Double charged me & when confronted the manager stated she cannot refund me. Pure fraud!!!! Customer service wasn’t even all that great at the time of the visit. No greeting as I walked in, the shoe guy converted the wrong shoe size womens to kids and also I stood around waiting for them to notice I needed a size in an empty store!!!! On top of it all I had to come back and exchange my purchase. The workers should lay off the extra curriculars if they cant function while on duty. Calling corporate as well. They made need a new staff."

"I went with my daughter to try to buy a nice pair of jeans and the worker was shocked that we were there he kept on trying to point us to the pink shoes and the white shoes and basically said that the ones that we were interested in were too masculine for us so needless to say I was a bit insulted take my money and shut up if I don't ask for your opinion I don't want it"
