Chipotle Mexican Grill

"I've been to this Chipotle location a handful of times. Each time I return I hold my breath in the hope that my new dining experience will be better than the last, but, now, I've given up. I will not be returning to this location. Most recently, I arrived at 6:30pm, very normal dinner hours, to find them with no bowls (burritos or tacos only). Additionally, they were completely out of meat and the staff was cooking more. While I commend the fact they were at least working to fix the problem, there seemed to be a truly lack of urgency, as multiple employees were just standing around. I ended up leaving without ordering. My entire recent ordering experience, along with past experiences of poor service, seem to reflect a poorly managed and staffed location."

"This place gets worse every time I visit. They opened twenty minutes late, the surly manager said they had a bad morning because people kept coming in, (the doors were locked). Soda machine was spraying soda everywhere because the nozzles were not in place... I think this is the last time I go here."

"We went here tonight and everybody was so friendly and welcoming! I enjoyed conversing with the employees. Evelyn helped us tonight, and she was wonderful and so sweet. We basically came in 15 minutes before they closed and were treated wonderfully. I really love this specific chipoltle. Definitely recommend and will be back!"
