Five Below

"The store is cool, but the employees are trash, I ask as soon as I walk in I can tell in their face that they hate what they are doing. I ask a black male if he could help me find a particular stuff and his response was " If you don't see it we don't have " so I walked away from and ask a totally different question " fat black female " she did help but as soon as she turned around she walked away talking bad about me and saying. I am not even in the vl9ck yet and this ppl.alr3ady asking me questions . When I got to the register they cover up they name ,I wonder why."

"I come to this location pretty frequently and spend more than I should here. It wasn’t until today that I’ve decided I won’t come to this store again. Since the minute I walked in, my bf and I were targeted and followed all around the store. Mind you, this was the first time I didn’t grab a cart at the entrance with the intention of JUST window shopping and looking around to see what was new. I had planned on only buying a couple things. We were followed all around the store by two male co workers. I felt completely out of place and uncomfortable about this because I am here all the time buying so many things but today was made to feel like a criminal. This was completely inappropriate and won’t be shopping here again. They had no reason to harass customers like that."

"When I went to 5 below in Michigan I hated it. The store was not clean and disorderly. It smelled really bad. But this store was such a pleasure to go to. It was so clean. Smelled great and the experience was so nice. I highly recommend."
