"My boyfriend and I went into the store a few days ago. He wanted to get a bottle to drink on. I didn’t need anything but I did go in with him since we were already out. An employee got the alcohol for him and held it up front. Cool. We go to check out and a young cashier asks for his ID. She then proceeds to not ask me for my ID, she asks me for my date of birth. I tell her. Mind you, I’m 24..turning 25 in less than a week. I had no problem providing my ID to her that I keep on me at all times while in Las Vegas. After I told her my birthday, the transaction is complete and we are heading out the door. Before walking out, I hear her other young coworker say “she’s definitely under 21.” BABYYYY, you’re out here asking people for their birthdates and not their ID. If you had a problem and watched your coworker check us out, why didn’t you step in and ask for my ID? It’s not my job. That experience made me feel uncomfortable. Like just ask for my ID and keep it moving. She’s lucky I wasn’t an undercover lol. Train your employees better!"

"This is my fourth time ordering pictures from this location. The last three times I have come in they tell me, the printers either broken or turned turned off and to come back. Or they can't figure out what's wrong with it. Tonight I went to pick up the orders that they couldn't print the last time. Tonight they tell me they are no longer in the system because I waited too long to puck up and there was nothing they could do. Ray was the person helping me. He was rude and helpless!"
