"I went to pick up my replacement phone. I didn’t like the rep attitude but I continued with business. I get home no SIM card in my phone. I take new sim out the box and inserted in phone. Needless to say I’ve been without a working phone since 10:30 and it’s now 1:35 p.m I’ve called T-Mobile 9 times within this time to get the issue resolved to no avail. You can’t reach out to corporate because they don’t care enough to publish a contact number. At this point I need a month free on my bill and I need corporate to reach out to me. I’m very disappointed in T-Mobile. Time for a change"

"We had to add a line to our account and update a phone. Yessi and Cindy were both so great in helping us out on the 2 visits it took to complete the process. They really know what they are doing and made the process easy! They both went out of their way to help us. Thank you and we love T-Mobile! These young ladies are the best!"

"Came into this location on the fact of the excellent reviews and my experience the day I was there was the same. I reside in south east henderson , decided to drive up , A young lady named Francheska took the time almost an hour to get me what I wanted/needed found a better plan for me due to an age discount and was very helpful with any remaining process. A young man named Manny was there also dont know if he was the manager on duty but he was cool too. Would recommend this location ."
