Fred's Tavern

"The machines are rigged. I was playing deuces wild bonus poker hit the royal flush with deuce was supposed to payout 125 at max bet....I held all my cards... guess what??? Machine acted like I didn't so I thought okay.... maybe I didn't hold that second card that it showed wasn't "supposed" held...I was pissed but thought ok maybe my bad I didn't hold it. Until a couple hands later I got 3 cards same suite and guess again??? That same 2 second card wasn't held by the machine except IT WAS!! Told the bartender the situation...nothing she could do but place a towel over the machine. Avoid this place."

"Update: I know I keep updating my review but I keep finding more good things to say about Fred's 1. Crystal and Laura are the best they work hard to accommodate everyone. They had a 1 yr party for the new owner last week and they spared no expense! As usual the had the party catered and give aways but they also hired a DJ and made sure almost everyone got some kind of prize that stayed for the party! And the prizes were great, a huge screen tv, air fryers, deluxe coolers, free play, and the list goes on and on. They really care about their customers and show their appreciation with party's throughout the year and weekly free play and tournaments. And most importantly the bartenders are sincerely interested in their customers it's more like an extended family and they welcome everyone. Fred'ss tavern has always been my favorite because of the great bartenders and customers but I never spoke to the owner. Now Fred's has a new owner and I wasn't looking forward to any changes but Jr. Has made a lot of of good changes that has made Fred's even better. And of course Fred's 1 still has the best bartenders in Las Vegas. Nobody is better than , Laura, Crystal , Cisco, and Maria( and of course LOUIE, who will always be in my heart and never forgotten! ) I definitely recommend Freds 1 under new ownership. They have new ways to win Freeplay daily and weekly and are still doing the old give ways too. Fred's 2;is now serving breakfast and Fred's 1 added PEPSI AND FRIED PICKLES to their menu. So it proves Jr. Listens to his customers!! I actually wish I could give more than 5 stars because it is new and improved!"

"I just moved to the area about a month ago and decided to try Fred’s out after my night shift. The bartender was awesome. Gloria I believe her name was. She was super friendly and very prompt with my drinks. $80 later I walked out with $220. So not only was there great service , but I won some money while I was at it. Now that I found this great bar I’ll definitely be going back to drink and play. Definitely recommend Fred’s Tavern."

"Fred's is the best neighborhood bar. It was sold almost a year ago and the new owner is great. He has added a couple more weekly and daily giveaways and kept the old ones too. And he takes the time to listen to what people want and acts on the suggestions. Louie, Laura and Shawna are the best bartenders in Vegas. Tiffany, Maria and Gloria are great too. The new manager is very friendly and goes out of her way to make sure her customers feel welcomed. I also feel very safe there. There's rarely an issue but if there's any problem at all they handle it quickly and always makes sure everyone is safe and feels comfortable. I wish I could give them more than just 5 stars."

"This is the best neighborhood bar in Vegas. Everyone there is terrific. I usually go at night when Louie is working. He is always visiting with the customers or cleaning the bar. He is like your favorite tv bartender, he listens to your problems and then makes you laugh. And it seems like he works everyday but he never complains."
