"Graveyard worker Charles is a very responsible person and respectful kind and caring person always checks on you as a customer and you'll sit there and talk with you if you want them too but very good place to go to the game"
"I hit my first jackpot. VERY KOOL. MY FIRST EVER.."
"I LOVE this dotty's, its right by my house very convenient an i seem to always get lucky here. And a couple of the workers I just adore. On all one of my favorite dottys."
"I just had a horrible experience here. I came in and asked for my brand of cigarettes. They were out. I went to a machine and saw a woman smoking. I asked if I could buy a cig, she declined and gave me one. The same thing I do regularly. Employee “John” comes to tell me not to approach people for “anything not cigarettes, not money’ I said ok, whatever irritated because he was being a bit “extra” imo. He kept talking and I said I’m seated at my own machine not bothering anyone, why are you bothering me. He just kept going on about not approaching anyone. Got it got it now could you leave me alone? When he left I said wow, what a d**k. He came back around talking trash. I asked him to leave me alone again. He did and I cashed out my ticket. When I went to the counter he refused to cash my ticket out and told me to come back on another shift. I asked why he was doing this. Because I talked about him behind his back. Are you kidding me?!?!?!? He called security and I waited for quite some time, called to file a complaint and was waiting for security to come as the operator told me security would have him pay me out when they arrived. He finally paid me when the next shift came on. This guy is a menace. I’m a disabled veteran. I went in with money. I was not panhandling or doing anything wrong. To be treated this way is inappropriate and insulting. Just one more thing. I don’t like to automatically attribute behaviors to this but I am a brown woman and he is a white man. Were I white would he have made the same assumptions and stereotypes? I don’t believe I would have been treated this way had I been white"
