"Most of the time, I buy a phone online, then pick it up at Best Buy and then turn in my trade. So the only thing I need to do is pick it up and be on my way. This time, since it was my wife's phone, I decided to have the best buy person in the phone department do it. Boy, that was a mistake. Worst service ever at Best Buy. This guy Michael took 3 breaks and had no interest what so ever to complete the sale. Acted like we were putting him out. Finally, I just told him to let me have the phone, and I will finish setting it up. He was obviously happy about that. What a nightmare at Best Buy today. Never again will I have them set my phone up with this kind of attitude. I really like Best Buy, too. What is wrong just trying to give decent service not perfect but just adequate service with a friendly disposition. If I ever see this guy again when I visit Best Buy to pick up a phone, I will, without a doubt, ask for someone else."
