"Things you cant do in this store. Get a money order. load any kind of payment.(betting, gift cards, pay cards, or online services) Use apple cash. Get gas at the pump. get a receipt at the pump. Get any hot beverage. get a fountain drink without there being mold around the ice catcher. Use a basket for your stuff, or put it anywhere that's not the counter. The employees are limited due to little to no training. And with no shift lead or anyone of authority to manage them they are forced to run it all by themselves. Realistically the manager is only there from 4 in the morning to 1130 in the afternoon at the latest."
"I frequent this location, but it's hit or miss. The gas is affordable, but if you come at the wrong time, you will have a long wait. There is a new cashier who works evenings and makes random rude comments to people in line to garner a response. Once I realized what he was doing, I paid, said nothing and left."
"This store is really close to me and I always go here. The workers are usually super friendly. Easy place to walk in and walk out of."
"I come Into this store most mornings with my son to get a donut/Milk so I would consider myself a regular here. I went in today to get a few items (8.00) I had some bigger things and could not hold everything so I used the side area of my small bag. (You can see the items sticking out that is why I used that pocket) I got to the register and before I had a chance to get everything out of my hands and the two items I had in the side pocket she yells,” what about the things you shoved in your purse” I stood there kind of stunned didn’t say anything and she kept on and I took the item 2.50 or so out and put it down to pay with the rest of my things. The Apple Pay would not load and the whole time I was standing there they were talking loudly and to other customers like I was a shoplifter. I have never in my 45 years stolen anything. (I regret using my bag, although I have done this several times) I was going to use cash to pay but I decided to go to another store. I will not be returning. The people 711 has chosen to employ are not professional at all, and should educate themselves about the laws in Nevada. I had every intention to pay and had cash since I couldn’t get Apple Pay to work. I just decided I would no longer be giving 711 on Cheyenne and Durango my money. (I am a lawyer full disclosure)"
