They responded immediately to my initial request and were very accommodating in finding a time that worked for me to come over and check things out. He was able to fix my furnace quickly and efficiently, saving me both valuable time and money. "Ambient Edge is the absolute worst. They say they want to help you but they dont! We bought the brand new unit from Mojave Unit which Ambient Edge purchased Mojave in January 2023. We had issues from the start. We had to leave out of the country. When we got back we called Mojave which was transferred to Ambient Edge. When they came out in the summer they told us Mojave really messed things up. They were spending the summer fixing the issues from Mojave for FREE. When the technician left they sent me a quote for a $1000 to fix a pipe that they said was the issue. Brandi the "Customer Experience Manager" is absolutely horrible. I guess she would be as the owner is horrible as well. They don't take any concerns seriously. I had someone else from a different company come out and they said the piping was fine. Not to replace it because that was not the issue. We called Ambient Back they sent another technician out and what do you know they said it was another issue. I spoke to Brandi again and she said no this time they had it right. Well they didn't. The reason I replaced both indoor and outdoor unit was because the heater would blow cold air. How can I spend 9k and still have the EXACT same issue. Monday Jan 8th the technician came out and he said nothing was wrong if anything we can add a pump to help with the air filtration. I called Brandi again two days later because on the night Vegas got down to 27 degrees and we woke up to sore throats and able to see our breathe inside our bedroom. Brandi called me back saying they FINALLY found the issue. Um Im sorry how is it I've had four other technicians with different quotes and all of a sudden the issue is found. Oh and they want us to pay for just the labor but then sends a quote charging the PART! What a miss representation! Horrible company Highly do NOT recommend this company!"

"My heat went out a few days ago at 4 o’clock in the afternoon… Several hours later the technician was at my house, saving me from having a freezing night. Not every company would do this. When a company goes out of their way to save you, after hours, then you know they have to be good. Temperature was in the 30s and the wind was blowing like crazy and yet this technician got up on my roof and saved the day. Unless the company is willing to do something like that… And ambient edge is a company willing to do this… So if you’re looking for a company… This is the one!"

"Kevin Rice did the.annual maintenance service on my furnace. He did a thorough inspection and took the time to explain the furnace operation, safety features, thermostat panel, and he checked that the air cleaner installed on the furnace was in good working order. Kevin was very patient with my many questions and he did not rush with his explanations. Kevin Rice had done the service earlier this year on my air conditioning unit. He did the same thorough job and answered my many questions at that time, too. It was because of the great service I received that I decided to have the air cleaner installed and signed up for the Ambient Edge VIP service. I hope Kevin Rice will be the Ambient Edge technician that services my equipment in the future. Kevin did a great job and he doesn't rush the process. He is professional and can answer your questions."
