"Customer service amazing, they really go out of their way"
"I only needed one thing so I thought it would be faster/easier to go here instead of Walmart, big mistake. It took over twenty minutes to check out because the store only has one cashier. 0/10 do not recommend. I will not be back"
"Did a curbside pickup called the number it’s option number 3 (not 4 as the sign says) was put on hold multiple times a total of 25 minutes as they tried to locate my order. Was asked to come inside the store to resolve. Waited in line behind 3 people, then when I got to the register they could not locate. Cancelled the order. Huge pain, this curbside order took about an hour. Will not be returning"
"On Thursday, April, 6th, 2023, I came into this Big Lots located in Nevada off of Fort Apache and Tropicana with my wife at 10am. We met with a gentleman who worked in Furniture and we decided to purchase two beds, head board, foot board, box springs, and matteresses. Basically two complete bedroom sets for my two kids. Needless to say I paid roughly $2200.00 for everything to include just delivery no install or putting together the beds just drop off. Needless to say the frames were dropped off, but not the box springs nor mattresses. I contacted the store and they didn't have the matteresses down on their record, but it shows on our receipt as we paid. My wife had to go into the store and deal with older female named Valerie who wears a mask all the time. She Valerie was very unprofessional and demeaning. Literally ignored my wife and I while on the phone and got up and left the area while me and my wife were seeking help with the remaining paid for beds. First time shopping here, last time shopping here! Valerie even tried claiming the delivery be an adittional $70.00 bucks, but one of her Associates even said I had already paid it was clear on the receipt, but she refused to acknlowedge it! Another Manager who works their said the delivery department always has problems like this and it is fluent. You'd think someone a store Manager would step in to ensure whatever needs to be fixed to prevent said problems or future problems would step into fix it, but apparently not! So I contacted Corporate to let them know what took palce and how me and my wife were treated by VALERIE! and how we did not receive the box springs nor matteresses we paid for! As long as Valerie works here we will not return! It is not a joke in how demeaning, disrespectful, condescending, ignorant, rude, and couldn't even read the receipt, but wanted to lie and refuse to help, but everyone else had no problem helping us as they READ THE RECEIPT!"
