"This Torrid is awesome!! They have fantastic customer service and great sales! I just paid $86 for 6 blouses, a hoodie and two dresses, 70% off!! I highly recommend shopping at this store! Not to mention, it is conveniently just off highway 15, the Farmington exit."

"I LOVE Torrid. I love their clothes. This location? THE WORST!!!! I have been there pretty much once a week this summer and I think I have been greeted by them once when I go in there. I don't know why I keep going back to this location. I pretty much have a terrible experience every single time. They were good about getting me a dressing room, but they interrupted me when I was in a conversation with my daughter totally negating what I was telling her. I spend a LOT of money at torrid and one time I was checking out, I had a shirt that had a $12 tag on it and when it didn't ring up for that price I told her that it was part of the $12 shirts and this one lady was like no it's not a customer must have put it on the wrong hanger! I was like so all the others that are exactly like this one with the $12 tag on them are wrong? They didn't believe me, they didn't check AND they charged me full price for it. I went to a different torrid store the next week and they had the exact same shirts and guess what!!?? They were $12!! I was very annoyed. This latest trip I made there. I had a bunch of stuff to buy and was uncertain about a certain item so I asked her to set it aside until the end when I could see the total. She was nice until I started taking items off my pile so I didn't spend too much that day and she got really snotty with me and was like you don't want this either!!?? NOT impressed with this location or its staff. LOVE the newgate mall location and I LOVE the clothes."

"I have never been in the store and the day I went in, I was greeted by Nicole and Bre. Both gals were amazing. I tired on things, Nicole introduced me to Torrids new clothing line, which is very nice and business casual. Nicole had written our names on the dressing rooms and touched base with us to see if we needed anything, the name tag had a very personal touch and such great customer service. You don't find that much anymore, so getting it here was above wonderful. Bre helped assist in accessorizing and even took the time to bring out perfumes for me to smell, she took the time to really help me and it was greatly appreciated. When I walked in the store was beyond clean and it smelt so nice and clean. The shelves were stacked nicely, everything was in order and very well organized. I will definitely return. Thank you both for such an awesome experience! Keep up the great work - Your both amazing !!"

"I love Torrid and buy most of my clothes from Torrid. I have VIP status This location is clean and well-stocked The reason I don't give it 5 stars is because the manager is very rude. The other ladies are very nice but not the manager. I would rather wait 2 weeks then deal with her. Or not deal with her, as she just ignores customers anyways. I've worked retail 10+ years so at first I thought maybe she was stressed or having a bad day but no, she's rude everytime Also, please change the hours on the website. Its frustrating driving to a closed store when you checked the hours online."
