"Excellent service!! The first time we went here was for an oil change. We moved here from New Jersey and driven across country. The team was extremely helpful and professional. I went back today because I felt something was wrong with the breaks. I usually take my husband with me when I have issues with the car, because in the past mechanics have taken advantage and charged me for things I didn’t need. Due to our experience last time, I chose to bring the car in today. Overall, from the moment that I called to ask about the car, everyone I interacted with was really helpful. They let me know what the car needed and why and how long it was going to take. I will definitely be going back!"

"for Jiffy Lube corporation: I had a disappointing experience at Jiffy Lube recently. Not only did they charge me a random price for their services, but the new manager's rude behavior made the situation even worse. The lack of consistency in pricing is concerning and left me feeling taken advantage of. It's frustrating to not have transparency or clarity when it comes to how much I should expect to pay for basic services. On top of that, the new manager's rudeness was completely uncalled for. Customer service should be a top priority, but unfortunately, it seems like that's not the case at this location. Overall, I was left feeling frustrated and disrespected. I'll be taking my business elsewhere in the future."

"The staff was friendly, I'll give them that. They get a 1-star review because of the aggravation they caused me in discovering that they completely stripped my drain plug, DID NOT REPLACE IT, and now I am left cleaning up their mess. Be warned everyone, friendly people don't equal competent technicians. NEVER AGAIN WILL I TAKE MY CAR TO THIS OR ANY OTHER JIFFY LUBE LOCATION. I advise everyone do the same."
