"I used to really appreciate this company but I've had a couple bad experiences recently and I think I'll look for somewhere else to go. When I went a few months ago, they pushed windshield wipers on me and I declined, but the guy was kind of pushy so I thought I'd give them a try. So I'm driving home and realize the wipers are dirty--they were still the old wipers and they hadn't changed them. So I had to go back for something I didn't even want in the first place. Now that I have them, they make a loud noise every time they move, like something is going to break. I've never heard wipers like this in my life. They should stick to the tires. Besides that I had scheduled an appointment for tire rotation and when I told them I was "checking in" and the guy started taking my information and quoted my wait time, which seemed long for having an appointment. When I told him this, he said "oh do you have an appointment?" and started over. Seems like they shouldn't assume you don't have an appointment, especially when you tell them you're checking in. Still took over an hour before they got to my vehicle-- so what is even the point of them even offering appointments? Forgot to mention, the front tires and rear tires have very different PSI needs- When I checked at home, they didn't even inflate to the right pressure- they simply rotated the tires and left the pressure as it was- so my front tires were over the max and the rear were way low..."
