"This location is good for a quick air fill. However, the line is always long, and there is one manager who, in my spoke with a very condescending tone to me. My parents have changed to a different location due to similar interactions. Genuine friendly customer service is lacking at this location. I use the one on Craig in North Las Vegas now."

"I cannot say enough good things about Donny or this store in general. Their customer service is beyond compare. I had to get towed here because someone slashed 2 of my tires. I called for a tow at 7am from AAA only to wait over 3 hours with NO tow. I called and spoke to Donny because my appointment was at 10:15 and I would obviously be late. When I did get here, Donny advised that because my tires are 5 years old and my car is AWD I really should get 4 tires for the health and safety of my car. I agreed and Donny worked diligently to get me what I needed at a cost I could afford as this was not on my to-do list before the sabotage of my car. He absolutely made me feel like a valued customer and that my business was valuable. I appreciate the kindness and the fact that Donny went the extra mile for me. It won't soon be forgotten."
