"Bought duraflex fenders and bumpers from these guys and they arrived very very fast. The bumper was unfortunately damaged and the fenders required a lot of work by themselves to where I could actually install them. It’s mostly my fault for not researching duraflex beforehand knowing how much work they require to become installable with some of their products. Unfortunately there was no shop near me that works with fiberglass aftermarket products and I didn’t have the time or knowledge to do it myself. So with no questions asked these guys allowed me to return the products at no cost. Shipping was paid for and everything. They even gave me the money for the bumper back before they received the products. Once they did receive my shipment the rest of my money was returned promptly. Great customer service and very accommodating."

"This place is a huge scam. I understand getting parts and paying money for them. But when you pay $400-$500 plus on an item and it says it’ll fit and you get the part and a custom shop try’s to put it on and says it ain’t gonna fit and it’s to brittle. Why now I understand why they won’t let you return something because it’s made with garbage. Then they won’t call you back or answer the phone or email. I would never ever order from these people again. And if I was you looking for parts don’t order from them at all. The return policies is trash. I wanted to return my part and they wouldn’t let me. You will be contacted by lawyers for me being ripped off"
