"Had a phenomenal experience today at Planet Nissan. Went just to look at Nissan Rogues not really looking to bite the bullet and get one. As soon as we pulled up we were greeted by Christian. He was very nice, super professional and very knowledgeable on the vehicles. Ended up test driving a 2021 Nissan Rogue and fell in love! I ended up trading my Subaru Outback for the Rogue. Christian made the whole experience nice and easy, also he was very communicative on what was going on while we were waiting, and wasn’t pushy at all. "I've been a Nissan driver for 3 years now and I love it. Donovan has been my go to guy for all of my vehicle needs. And I have to say he has not let me down yet. The service is always on point and task are always completed in a great timely manner. Most importantly I appreciate the honesty of the service department. I have yet to be offered something that's not needed for my vehicle. Because nowadays most mechanics will sale you anything just to make a useless sale. "By salesman‘s name was Felipe did a great job with helping me find a great car. I actually came in with my eye set on the one car, but then I saw one off in the distance, and he immediately said well let’s go drive that well, and I fell in love with it. The next day I met with the general manager Mark and he gave me a great deal on the car. The financing process was amazing. It didn’t take all day. They have some amazing technology that helps with the financing paperwork. Then the young man Michael help me get to know my brand new car. He kept in contact with me over the next week just to make sure that I was OK with my car. The part I like the most is that Michael was willing to take pictures of me in the car and he was willing to help me drop off my rental car. Overall They were very helpful. I have been buying cars since I was about 15 1/2 years old. This is the second time that I have experience Great customer service. Overall my experience was amazing.
