"I ordered a Gaylord lid on 3/8/22. Today is 7/10/23 and they have not delivered. I paid $1,300. Now they dont answer the phone, or email, and will not call me back."

"CROOKS!! STAY AWAY!!! The owner Melanie is a liar and a thief. Paid over $13k down payment for a trailer and then the unit was sold to someone else. It's been well over 2 years and she leads on saying the refund is coming but it never shows up. This company does nothing but bad business. Every single employee I talk to there knows the shady business going on and tells me about it because the owner does not want to come to the phone. Always in the process of quitting or left already due to the shadiness of the owners."

"Apparently Fatal has an identity issue, Fatal, Gaylord Lids or Jack Frost Freezers. I have same issues as poster from US Street Rod. Ordered in Oct 2021, they did say it could take up to 16 weeks. Lid arrived after 24 week wait. Allowed lid to cure additional 8 weeks, then prep & painted. First time lid was in the sun, excessive blisters appeared due to air pockets. Took pictures, called & emailed. They promised to reimburse me, then said they would pay to have it repaired in NC, then said they would ship a replacement. Believe this was there method of stalling to get past the credit card dispute date. They have now gone mute, I never received anything that was promised and have made several attempts to contact the owner and anyone who can solve the issue .. No response. Too bad, apparently Gaylord had a great reputation and product until Fatal got involved......Stay away unless your close to LV and can be there in person."

"Do yourself a favor. Don't buy from fatal motorsports or Gaylord lids. it took months to receive purchase, and then I had a warranty issue where there were air pockets in the fiberglass lid. they offered to cover it via refund, Cool I thought. Well I never received said refund and have made several attempts to contact the owner and anyone who can solve the issue .. No response. I'm being ignored! If you purchase anything, don't plan on any communication or customer service from these guys"

"Went to get a door Hinge repair by a cage done by them. On drop off they quoted me and told me it was going to be replaced and welded. When I picked up they bent the part back and charged me full price. When I explained that’s not what we agreed on their explanation was we don’t have a fabricator at this time so we did what had to be done. When brought up to Owners attention he immediately was upset and stated he had to drive across town for parts.So that was his reason for full price of labor. I will never come back and get work Done by this shop again."
