"This has to be the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. First they never have all the ingredients to make a try and try offer you the drink with missing ingredients. Second I always ask for my coffee extra hot and they give it to me extra warm. Third this morning I order the spinach feta wrap and this is what they gave me and it’s cold! "In all my travels throughout the US (as an athlete's parent, trust me there have been many)...I've never posted a review for Starbucks...the service was great but... here it goes.. it is never acceptable to decrease the amount someone is paying for, particularly in Starbucks! It doesn't matter how busy it may be, just look at my pictures. I paid for a Grande and got a Tall...not much else to say"
