"Earnest is beyond slow and has no sense of urgency! I visit this location daily as it’s by my house and every time I get in his line transactions take over 5 minutes as if he’s going slow on purpose. He never greets anyone and he customer service skills could use some touching up! Anytime I see him in the store I walk out and go to chevron. Please fix this issue! Because I see other customers complaining and doing the same thing"
