"I felt the the service manager, Allen Wright, was very unpleasant to work with. He was very unprofessional and had a horrible attitude from the start. He offered no apologies or sympathy, obviously not necessary but it does help when the service manager is a little understanding of the situation. I could go on and on but it was just a really unpleasant experience for no reason other than Allen’s attitude and I really didn’t appreciate it. Hope he changes his poor attitude in the future, for his sake and your customers."
