"Out of So many Auto part stores all over vegas I was very luckyyy to find Advance auto parts i have been a loyal customer and never have i regret or looked back elsewhere. This location has the most greatest friendly kind polite and very helpful Supervisor, Jesus who together with his entire team is a very educated respectful and awesome bunch. I like to come here when i have car issues because either one of the crew or Supervisor Jesus himself are always there to assist my doubts, questions, & car needs. This man has been the bestest mechanic i have ever spoken too i appreciate the time great customer service and dedication to your job. Also i appreciate that you take the time to explain to me any questions i can have about any issues my mini van can have and how you help me Resolve it right there and then. Always straight to the point and never trying to sell me things or parts that are not needed just to take advantage and make me spend more than what is needed. "I am Usually a person Whom sometimes likes to Rate any Place, Business or Restaurant with (1-5 Stars) Depending on the Customer Service, Efficiency, Knowledge, Quality, Cleanliness and Overall the Whole experience during My Visit. But have Never Really taken the time Nor went out of my way to Write an Actual Review on Google. Like they say There’s Always a First Time and here I Am today Sharing with you My Absolute AMAZING EXPERIENCE @ Avanced Auto Parts located on Sahara & 6th St. The afternoon of This Past Monday March 4th, 2024 my God mother & I Visited AAP because her Car was Acting Up, alot of the Times It just wouldn’t Start at all. Sometimes if she was Lucky the car would Start but most likely Would call for help because she’s Stranded later on. This is a Single hard working mother Working 10-12hr Shifts, 5-6 days a Week just to be able to provide enough For her children’s needs, rent, bills Etc… Living paycheck to paycheck as she’s been Struggling & Times have been Really Hard for her ATM. A Responsible Hardworking, Humble, Strong, Positive Independent Woman that no matter how hard the Storm is she Never Gives Up & is always thankful and blessed for Another day. 3 Weeks ago her Car completely died on her literally! Meanwhile she Saved the Money she would Spend on Gas for the week from every paycheck for those weeks. If I wasn’t able too give her a Ride Her transportation was to Ride the City Bus to Work, pick up the children from 2 different Schools, and to get Anywhere she needed to go with her children. That can be very Tough at times monday I visited my godmother & I asked her about the car then asked for the car keys By the sake of God it Started. Immediately I suggested for us to go to AAP for couple years my #1 to go-to as everyone in there are very Honest, Helpful, Reliable, Quick, Friendly & Very knowledgeable people that Operate with Integrity. Literally From the moment You walk-in that Door until You leave, this Place and the Whole crew treats you like Gold. As a Woman It is Very hard to Trust just Anyone with your Car because of so many Dishonest Mechanics taking Advantage of Us just for being A Woman also for not having any knowledge. I Promise I have Never been in a Auto Parts store where l've felt So Comfortable, Respected and welcomed by every Employee like They’ve made me Feel here at AAP everytime. Special Thanks to Store Manager Mr.Jesus for all his Help, Patience and for taking the time to Answer and Explain any questions or concerns we had thanks, for taking your Time to Check my Godmother’s car trying to figure out what was wrong with it. Came out to be the Battery it had was No Good and that was the Problem Thank goodness it was just the Battery. He showed us a Few Options but suggested the Best Battery they had in Stock. At the time of Check Out Mr.Jesus Told us it was Our Lucky Day & We had Nothing to Worry about Didn’t have To Pay a Dime!!! AAP Would Take Care of it….WHAT? NO WAY? IT HAS TO BE A JOKE! This could Not be Real had to be a PRANK!!! We could Not Believe this, It Was NOT A JOKE this WAS 100% LEGIT… a Huge Blessing, As if He and the company knew My Godmother’s Need & Struggles she’s been through. We will FOREVER BE GRATEFUL WITH YOU Mr.Jesus your Team but Most importantly with Advanced Auto Parts Thank you for this Amazing & Wonderful Gesture towards your Customers and our Community."
"I know they work on car parts but I was having a bad day and I went in with my bike And the manager treated me like family helping me with my pedal and seat putting them both back on my electric bike and really turned my whole day around thanks to the store and the whole team for the laughs and jokes while there and not just pushing me away and really caring about people and there problems. Awesome spot for your car and any help you might need with anything mechanical that you might not understand and need help with."
"VETERANS BEWARE!!!!!! This location sucks! They cheat the military!!! My son bought a battery for my key fob and when it died two weeks later the man in the store said they're cheap and all of a sudden could not find my son's name in the system! Auto Zone and Reilly's never had this problem and don't cheat veterans!!!"
"Greetings to all staff members at advanced auto. I visited the store two times to return the part that I never used, but had slightly opened part of the packaging like the plastic clip that holds the ratchet in place. Well, their policy is no return if it was opened. So before leaving the second time, I went to the mechanic side of the store and talk to the auto manager. He made a call to another associate inside the store who works with commercial clientele. Well, my persistence paid off and Steven and Lucas were very instrumental in getting late Credit return to the card. Penny and Julio had their hands tied because of corporate rules. That’s why I went to another manager because the counter manager was not available to play inside visit. In return I became a happy customer and will go back to the mechanical side and have some work done on my jeep within the next week . Thank you, Lucas , Andrew and Stephan for your extra courtesy in handling me as a client and thanks for the veteran discount as well. How do you say something more about Stephan. I came back a few days later, because Pep Boys made a mechanical error and I was in need of some hard to find parts. Stephan went out of his way to expedite the part that I need it but in the end, even though we got the part, it didn’t fit, but he went above and beyond all the time, smiling and very gracious and caring manager.
