"I gave 5 stars in food, service, and atmosphere but 4 overall because of price. I do absolutely love that they're the "third place" outside of home and work, but I think they're leaning too hard into that in order to inflate their prices. It would be awesome if they were both the "third place" as well as had more reasonable prices."

"I ordered 2 drinks. A pineapple Refresher and a macadamia cold brew. About 4-5 min went by and my pineapple Refresher came out. I waited another 5min or so and then asked if my cold brew was coming up because I hadn't even seen them start it. A girl responds, "it's probably being made" What do you mean probably? Have these people never been taught communication? What you are supposed to do is turn around, check your tickets or ask your coworker: "hey do we have a cold brew coming up?" And based off of that response, you tell your customer. Not "probably" Second of all, I knew they weren't making it, so I got in line for a refund. Their excuse is "we are busy, it's mother's day and we are short staffed." There were 5 people there. Also there is no drive thru at this location. The people who work here lack communication, customer service skills and don't know how to work in a timely manner or even know what teamwork looks like."
