"I had a sucky bad experience here. I waited in line for 15 minutes after ordering, and they got my order terribly wrong. I was told to pull around and they would bring it out. After 20 minutes and seeing that the line was wrapped around the building, I left without my drink. Paid in cash so I'll never get that money back."

"Worst customer service from the youngling with PINK Hair. I over 10 minutes for a food order, while she took her sweet time packaging a take out then went over and decided to talk with coworkers before picking up my order that was sitting on the counter. After completing her chatter conversation with other employee, she picked up my food and casually walked over handing it to me. This must be her first job, or lacks training, and this isn’t the first time that I’ve had to wait an extensive time for a food order when it’s not that busy inside.. Employees are too busy, joking around and not doing there jobs when they should be handling orders for customers."

"When I first moved here I went to this location and had a real bad experience, I stopped going for a very long time. I recently started going back due to it being right there when I am on this side of town. it has been really nice. The drinks have been delicious. the staff has been really sweet. thank you guys."

"We went inside because the drive through line wrapped around the store. Unfortunately it took 25 minutes after ordering to get 2 coffees. Seems like coffee is too simple to make so all the other mixed beverages got made before the coffee. And even then the coffees weren't ready together the 2nd one to and extra 5 minutes. There were over 10 people making beverages. I think I will go to the Coffee Class across the street from now on."
