Bella Vita

"I do not know who they paid to get the Best in Las Vegas vote. It's a lie their is nothing Italian about this place but the bread that you have to pay for which was even then your basic sourdough with oil and vinegar. The bartender and the hostess was the most professional. The waiter Jorge was not he took forever to come to the table when it's empty in here. I will post pics to prove my point. I ordered a shrimp fettucini, asked for fresh parmesan since I noticed that when the food was brought out it had the parmesan powder that I would expect at a lower end pizza joint. I then asked for fresh parmesan thinking that they were going to come with a grinder since this is an “Italian “ restaurant…. Nope, I got the Kroger special in a jar. (Please see in pics attached.)Took one bite of the pasta sauce taste like something out a jar definitely not homemade sauce& the pasta undercooked and luke warm. When I finally got the waiter - Jorge attention and tried to tell him about everything started by explaining that I know he is not the cook I am not eating this… there are some things that are not right he cut me off ( rude) took the plate said I will take it off and brought back the check and ran. A manager never came to follow up, they simply did not care. This is unacceptable. The 2 star for the service is to account for the service I received from the hostess and the bartender unfortunately when paired with the less than 1 star for Jorge the waiter it averages out to 2 stars. All of this occurred around 2 pm on Tuesday December 19, 2023 during happy hour. If you are looking for real Italian food this is not the place I suggest you go elsewhere."

"Delicious food, nice, friendly servers and staff. For our drinks, we had the Spicy Rita and the Aperol Spritz. We had the calamari and bread service for our appetizer. I had the Chicken Puttanesca and my daughter had the Penne Allá Vodka with Shrimp. There was live music on the patio. One very interesting element to the ambiance was the loud birds in the trees in the patio. We arrived around 5:40 PM. The birds quieted down once the musicians started playing around 6:00 PM. My daughter made the reservations via Open Table. Reservations weren't required. We dressed up a bit because we were celebrating a special occasion. Most people were dressed casually. We would go back."

"This is one of our favorite restaurants to eat at. The food is good and the service is usually outstanding. We always treat our out of town guests to a meal here. They too look forward to returning. We have not had a bad dish yet. I'm vegan and will admit that my options are a bit limited. With that said, they are very accommodating. I am always satisfied with the Bella Vita Salad. My husband enjoys the calamari and bruschetta appetizers. He changes his main dish and has enjoyed every dish that he has tried. When the restaurant is full inside, it can be a bit loud. When the weather is nice, I definitely enjoy eating in their outside patio area. For a good meal with excellent service give Bella Vita a try. Update.. We returned for a very pleasant dinner last night. I reserved a table for four at 6:30pm, requesting the patio. Upon arrival we were instantly greeted by the lovely hostess and seated outside . They had a singer that entertained a full patio of guests. The weather was perfect so the patio was definitely busy versus the inside of the restaurant. They took awhile to get to our table but they did acknowledge us which is very important to me . It was obvious they were busy. Our server was Lewis and he did a fantastic job. The food was excellent as always. We ordered Fettuccine Alfredo with chicken, Gnocchi Bolognese and Pasta Primavera and Chicken , and I ordered my favorite Bella Vita Salad. Everyone was very happy with their meals. The drinks were delicious too! We will always recommend Bella Vita!"

"This was recommended to us from a coworker and it did not disappoint. The food was delicious. My husband got the short rib pasta and that was my favorite thing to try. The cannolis were delicious but a bit small compared to normal ones. The servers were attentive without being too much. Our water cups never were empty. We will definitely be coming back."
