"Rude staff. Always has issues with deliveries, spilled drinks because they don’t close lids properly, missing items, send water instead or coffee. Very unapologetic and defensive employees. After 3 wrong orders I give up"

"Just received my worst cup of coffee from this location. The staff was very nice. The bagel was, well a bagel. But wow I ordered a flat white with classic syrup. The drink I received was weak and the little taste there was. Was bitter to the point I threw it away. I paid 8 dollars and some change, added 2 dollars for the tip. And got a piece of bread for it."

"They have great customer service, one gal I think her name is Haley, smiles, knows my name when I say good morning and remembers my crazy orders. The gal at the window not sure of her name has a great warm smile too."
