"Lady was rude at the window and she wouldn’t listen. She gave me a half full cup of my drink and said she couldn’t put more because i said no ice. Then we got 3 blended frappes and asked for a mocha substitute and she didn’t do that and when we asked her about it, the question was ignored. Wasted 33$ for that.."

"This was a fantastic place! I was on a different side of town, but needed a pick me up. Dutch Bros had clear, colorful signage that drew me in. I was greeted by two outside attendants who took my order and payment. We tried the hot mocha, dutch cocoa, and chocolate chip and cranberry orange muffin tops. All were delicious! The girl at the window was super friendly and took the time to ask if I had weekend plans. I was blown away that she took the time to make the human connection. I'll be back soon!"
