Buffalo Wild Wings

"This is the 3rd time I have tried ordering a drive up to go order. Every time it is the same guy working the phones and to go orders and every single time myself and anyone else picking up just gets completely ignored. They are focused ONLY on answering the phone and wont even acknowledge you standing at the counter. This visit i waited 20 min before anyone acknowledged me and it wasa server who came up and finally helped. The time before I waited over an hour for my food that was over 20 min just to be acknowledged and then another 40+ for my food that i had preordered online. Now the food, my wings were completely dry like they had tossed them in the sauce and then left them under the heat lamp for the next hour. My side of veggies were horrid, the celery alone was slimy soggy. The side of ranch there was only about 4 drops of ranch in the container it looked like it was already used. We love buffalo wild wings but we will not be returning to this location anymore."

"Edit: Correction 4 of my past 5 orders have been incorrect. This time I received someone else's order (sorry person, those mango habanero were pretty good) We contacted the restaurant and were told that they were short staffed and did not have the time or ability to re-send our order. Thats wild... sounds like a serious management issue. Obviously we will not be visiting until this issue is addressed. Three of my past four orders from this restaurant have been incorrect. First thought, go to their website and request a refund, easy right? Oh no, it truly is not that easy. After filling out the worlds most extensive questionnaire. They ask for, Transaction ID and Order ID, awesome, would love to. This info is not available on the receipt or online receipt. While I know that this is not the fault of this specific restaurant, I would like to actually receive a correct order once in a while. If this is somehow not possible please make it easier to request a refund. Thanks Order: #1020017"

"Smallest amount of fries I've ever seen. Half of ranch container. Wings sauce to thick too spread on wings. See pics. Update Nov 2. Well I went back, and was greeted by a young rude lady. This place is ridiculously horrible. Its impossible to find good employees now a days. I won't ever go here again."

"Upon walking in was rudely asked what we needed vs the typical greeting. Once seated we waited approximately 20 minutes to be asked if we had been helped. We gave the waitress our drink and food order and waited. The appetizers arrived in an appropriate time but was missing dipping sauces that come with the items. We asked for the items and they assisted. Shortly after my order was brought to the table while my wife waited. After some time 10-15 minutes later she finally got the attention of the waitress and asked about her meal. Mind you this location wasn't busy. We requested the check shortly after and that we speak to a manager. The manager arrived and apologized for the meal and asked if he could compensate our bad experience with gift cards. I honestly didn't care and explained that it was up to my wife. Well she said sure. Upon returning the manager brought our "Gift Cards" well it turned out to be 15% off coupons. It was a joke. I visit this location regularly but with this experience will never return. If google allowed it I would give this place 0 stars."
