"THEY TREAT DELIVERY DRIVERS BAD. If you are a delivery driver do no come to here! I’m not sure if it’s because of my race or just poor service but I was yelled at by the “manager” for picking up my order through the drive thru then she slammed the window in my face saying they didn’t want my service. What does that even mean? So you don’t want drivers to pick up orders? Wow ruined my day. And also this isn’t the first rude encounter I’ve had at this location will not be picking up deliveries from here again."

"They serve the drive-through preferentially. Went inside at 8:30am on a Saturday morning and waited 25 minutes for a single latte. Wasn’t even that crowded inside - they just served the drive-through the entire time. Bad management; serve people in-turn, turn cars away if you can’t handle the volume, and/or hire more people."

"I went to Starbucks because I wanted to surprise my daughter with her favorite drink when I picked her up from school!! So I bought my daughter a Venti Pink drink and it was all ICE my daughter literally took 3 sips if she was lucky enough and the drink was done!!! The cup was nothing more than ICE! I am really disappointed because my grande coffe had no ICE but hers had enough for both of us! "IF" theres a Next time I know to say no ICE or extra light ICE. *Reply: If I would have had enough time I would've asked them to please re-make it, as I'm paying for a Venti, but like I explained I was trying to surprise my daughter at school, I had left work a little early to be able to pick her up from school and I decided her favorite Starbucks drink would be a nice touch. I was raising against time so NO i did not have time to ask them to re-make the drink."
