"I visited this location as I normally go to the location in the hualapai Albertsons but was in the area so I said why not? H U G E difference in service and quality of goods. I ordered a caramel crunch frap with chocolate drizzle, it was SOUR! In my mind I figured something in the beverage went bad and I'd just get it remade. I asked for a cookie crunch frap, same thing. I ask the employee to make a small one and taste it and she insist that it's supposed to taste like that. I get the same thing made the same way every time. I'm not sure if she was new but I simply got a refund and decided not to visit this location again."
"Located in Albertsons. Nice location with great staff. They are always quick with my drinks and always taste great. It’s right inside the main door so not much of a hassle and beats the lines you normally wait for with Starbucks."

"Barista left a sign saying "getting milk". We have no idea when she left but we waited 20 mins (from 6:35 to 6:55) and when she finally returned (with no milk of course), she had a sour attitude and offered no apology. Register said Nadine, but the girl was not in uniform, nor wearing a name tag so it is difficult to verify. Job abandonment or poor customer service? Take your pick Starbucks."
