"This store was very clean and well organized. Once I got to the cashier I realized too late that I had a coupon in my email. The cashier was so nice and understanding I was so impressed by her. She was young but so polite and well mannered. She did a refund then rang up my purchase with my coupon. I will definitely come back to this osh kosh even though it's 40 miles away from me. The one near my home has very rude employees and the clearance is a disaster. The citadel osh kosh clearance was super neat. Bravo!!"

"Was in the store for quite a while to get my daughter the clothes she wanted from their catalog. Didn't get a hello, or even acknowledge me and my mother, while we were walking all over the store trying to find everything. The two ladies were just talking loudly about themselves. When we were checking out, they were more than happy to say hello to the other ladies that were in the store then. I have worked in retail for over 11 years, and I know this is not how you run a store. This is definitely away to get me to never go back in.
