"Needs a good house cleaning and organizing. Boxes of inventory everywhere. They didn't have what I wanted on hand but their system showed it in inventory. Had to settle for a cheaper part they did have on hand. Clerk did his best and spent a lot of time searching for what I wanted."
"Wow. Customer service was non-existent. I was able to find what I needed. When I made my purchase one item rang up much higher than it was priced on the shelf. I explained that it was wrong. The guy went with me to check the shelf, then said he would "split the difference" with me. Um NO. He refused to honor the price that was ON THE SHELF and gave me my money back instead of selling me the item. Crazy!"
