"Had a valve stem decide it didn't want to hold air reliably. 500 miles from home at the start of a 10 day solo road trip. They were kind, efficient, and didn't try to pull any shenanigans. By the time I had walked two blocks to the surprisingly well stocked Asian grocery and back I had a new valve stem and was on the road for cheaper than I expected. If I ever need tires in Fallon, NV I know where I will go!"
