My car had brake lines damaged from poorly fitting chains and getting a tow was hard during the heavy snow fall. I called around to bmw repair shops and while most didn't answer, Chris at Carson Valley import auto picked up and worked with me to get them the pics and info so they could order parts. He wanted to be ready when I was finally able to get a tow over 3 days, he checked back with me to see if I had success and continued giving me updates on the part in transit. When I finally got a tow, they had it fixed in 24 hours. They were amazing and saved the day!"

"When I brought my volvo in for an oil change service I told Chris about a small drip started near the front driver side wheel just 2 days earlier. Greg called a few hrs.later and explained that the front control arms were very worn and told me the total cost to replace them. I agreed and asked them to do the repair and a day and a half later the job was done. When I arrived to pick up my car Chris showed me pictures of the worn out and leaky parts as they looked before being replaced.
