"We blew a spark plug on our class c RV with Ford V10 by Topaz Lake. We phoned all over for a repair facility but most could not look at the rig for weeks. Got a suggestion to call Bob’s. They said get towed and that we could plug in in front of their shop. Towed in and arrived after hours and we’re able to happily plug in as temperatures were in the teens. They knew the problem and had the tools and got the parts and repaired the same day. Fix has to cure over night. Came back the next morning and rig was all set to go. Price was fair and staff was great and experienced. Thanks for the hospitality and getting us back on the road quickly."
