"Great locally owned shop, fair prices, and good service!"
"Incompetence at best. Schedule an appointment to mount and balance a set of 37” tires told the cost would be $140. I showed up for the appointment and after mounting one of the new tires I was informed that the tires would not fit on their balance machine and I would have to get them balanced elsewhere after they knew the tire size when booking the appointment. While waiting for them to get the tires on I called a few shops and found out it would cost an additional $80 to balance the new tires and several more hours of waiting. When he completed mounting the tires I was charged $100 and I told him it’s going to cost me another $80 to get them balanced he said sorry. I would take my business elsewhere. I tried to support a small local shop but it was not worth it"
"They’ve been great working on our Classic Chevy!!"
"Excellent service on my truck. I was passing through and needed emergency work on the brakes. I was given great advice, the issues were solved and I was back on my way in 24 hours. I would thoroughly recommend."
"Took my car in for rear brake drag. They told me I needed new calipers rotors and pads front and rear and the cost of the repair would be $3000! I asked the mechanic if the rotors could be turned and he said they were just too thin. I called the parts store and they said it would be $1200. I thought the profit seemed a little steep so I called another shop for an estimate. They quoted $2000. Something didn’t seem right so I took my car to another shop. They called within an hour and said my parking brake was super rusted and dirty. They cleaned lubed and adjust for $150. They also provided me with a report showing the thickness of my rotors and pads all of which had plenty of thickness and were worn evenly. The mechanic told me my brakes were in perfect condition. I called the manager at one way to let her know that they had misdiagnosed my vehicle. She wasn’t very apologetic and defended their estimate. I told her I paid $40 for an inspection and didn’t receive a report with any measurements."
