She got her delivery and installation team up here within two days and they were awesome too! "I worked with Garrett over several months getting the appliances I wanted for an upcoming kitchen remodel. He was very helpful in helping with the selections to get exactly what I wanted both aesthetically and functionally. In addition, upon receipt I was missing a part that he had shipped directly to my house, then a contractor accidently dented a piece and they had that also shipped directly to my house so there was no delay in the installation. "We purchased a beautiful built-in refrigerator from Czyz's to compliment our new kitchen remodel last year. In fact, we purchased our entire appliance package there because they were so easy to work with and offered us a very competitive price. After about a year, the unit malfunctioned and we were told it was something typically seen in a 10-12 year old unit. Although it was under warranty for repair, Czyz's went out of their way to get us a brand new unit, which was no easy feat. But they never gave up. Everyone we have dealt with at Czyz's, whether the repair team or the customer service team, has been exceptional! Best news of all, despite the manufacturer insisting the unit be repaired, Czyz's was able to secure a brand new refrigerator for us. I can't tell you how happy we were.
