"Most of the times I’ve been there it’s been fine, but last December I had placed a mobile order At around 9:30, they said it’d be done by 9:45. Reasonable, right? But no, so many people had placed mobile orders and there was about 6 workers, but there was only one girl working on the mobile orders, and everyone else was either doing nothing or doing drive through orders. There was barely a line for the drive through yet the mobile order line was so long, that after they said it’d be done by 9:45, we had to wait until 10:05. Every other experience has been positive though!"
"WORST STARBUCKS EVER. Employees here are discriminating. Literally skipped our order and helped others. Didn’t even acknowledge that we were there. Register girl from 1/15/24 didn't even note down my drink right. Never coming back!"
"Worst Starbucks experience ever! Waited 35 min for a latte, still didn’t have it, and the manager excuse was “all the Mobile orders” yet the mobile drinks are still sitting backed up on the counter because the people aren’t there yet. Stupid system! She gave me a refund and I left with no drink! I’m done with Starbucks! No more"
