Whether I’m stopping in for my morning pick-me-up or meeting friends for a chat, Starbucks provides a welcoming environment with comfortable seating and free Wi-Fi. Plus, the convenient locations make it easy to satisfy my caffeine cravings wherever I go. Overall, Starbucks is my favorite coffee shop for its delicious beverages, inviting ambiance, and top-notch customer service."

"Online it shows they don’t close until 6:30 but I got there at 6 and they where already completely closed and told me that bc they are low staff they had to close early. You know how big of u turn you have to make to circle back around to get to this Starbucks? And what Starbucks closes at 6pm off a major highway? This is ridiculous!"

"I mean, it’s a Starbucks, so generally your experience will be like 1/who knows how many locations globally. No local connection and ownership. There are just better options if you’re passing through Truckee, CA. A reliable option with coffee options. The cups don’t necessarily support our local Waze stream but you can participate in their cup program. The simple fact that it is a franchise location means that they’re sourcing is not gonna be good for our local environment. You can see from the issues they had with their reviews in 2022 and 2023 that they clearly have no touch or idea on fixing issues like posting the wrong business hours to correct small issues that could easily be fixed."
