"So here’s the thing- the service was great BUT - he removed our screen protector, (which wasn’t necessary for repair) and then when I asked the girl there where our screen protector was, the guy put a new one on and charged me for it. When I called him out on it, he said I was lying and that it didn’t have one. It did - because HE was the guy who put it on for us a few months ago."

"Please don't go there. The man did a poorly job. He said it would be ready in an hour, that he would call us when it’s ready. After almost 2 hours 1/2 no call so we went back to see what was taking long. He told us he wasn't able to fix the phone so now he was going to put the parts back and call us in 40 mins to pick up my phone. 40 mins later, we come back and see the man chilling, why didn't he call us when he finished?! Wasting our time. He gives me my phone and I notice tons of scratches on back than I remember how he was careless in the beginning when he took off my case, he threw my phone into the cabinet. It just might be scratches but he does a poorly job in taking care of other peoples phone. We were willing to pay high price of $420 just to get it done today. He didn't charge us but waste of time and disappointments of his customers service."
